MANUEL-TURIZO

Manuel Turizo (full name Manuel Turizo Zapata) is an urbano and reggaeton singer songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Colombia whose trademark is his smooth buttery tenor singing voice. The singer has made significant inroads towards Latin pop. His 2016 hit Una Lady Como Tu was the winner of a Colombian Kids Choice Award for the most popular Song in the year 2017. He released his debut long-player ADN with the Sony-owned company based in Medellin, La Industria Inc. The Top Latin Albums chart ranked the album at 8. Vaina Loca is it was the Top Five hit of Ozuna's Top Five album in 2007 led him to join Ozuna. He worked with Noriel for Mala Influencia in the year 2020. He the following year released his sophomore album the charting Dopamina. The year 2021 was the first time he performed in a duet with TINI for her viral stream single Maldita Foto. An album release in 2023 featuring the mega-hit La Bachata. Turizo is a musician who was born in a musical home. His parents and brothers also played the guitar. In his interviews, he's described playing music as an obligation. When he was young, he taught how to play guitar, the piano as well as the ukulele. Although his first career choice was that of veterinarian His brother Julian advised him to begin taking singing lessons from the Cuban. It changed his entire life.
